The apartment is located 200 m from Domodossola's historic centre, 850 m from the railway station and opposite San Biagio Hospital.
The property is newly built and modern. The apartment is on the third floor. A lift serves up to the second floor; the final flight is reached by a short staircase. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate guests with mobility difficulties.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. The bathroom is spacious with shower, washbasin, WC and bidet. A large window maximises natural light and ensures ideal ventilation.
The living area includes a table with chairs, a double sofa bed, a 40" TV and a kitchenette with portable electric hob (two rings), pots, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge, sink, plates, cutlery and glasses. From the living area you step directly onto the balcony, furnished with table, chairs and a sun lounger.
The living room is the heart of the apartment: table and chairs, double sofa bed, 40" TV and a fully equipped kitchenette (2-ring electric hob, pots, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, fridge, sink, plates, cutlery and glasses). Direct access to the furnished balcony with table, chairs and sun lounger.
The entire apartment is rented as a whole. The bathroom is shared between the two bedrooms.

The largest room in the apartment: double bed and a single, ideal for families with a child or three guests. Wardrobe, desk and chair, and TV complete the comfort.
